Orders

Can I change my ring size after ordering?

Contact client care as soon as possible — before production starts we can usually change it. After delivery, one free resize is included within 60 days.

How do I track my order?

Open the order in your account under Orders. We also email tracking details when it ships.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cards, UPI, net banking and EMI, processed securely by Razorpay.

Do prices include GST?

Yes. Every price on the site includes 3% GST.

Diamonds

Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?

Yes. They are chemically, physically and optically identical to mined diamonds; only their origin differs.

Who grades your diamonds?

Lab-grown diamonds are graded by IGI and natural diamonds by GIA. The report number is recorded against your order.

Delivery & returns

Is delivery insured?

Yes. Delivery within India is complimentary, fully insured and needs a signature.

Do you deliver outside India?

Not yet — we currently deliver within India only.

Can I return an engraved ring?

No. Engraved, bespoke and resized pieces cannot be returned. See Returns & exchanges.

Home trial

Are samples real gold?

No. Samples are sterling silver replica with cubic zirconia simulant stones, for checking fit and look only.

Is the sample fee refundable?

Only if we cancel the order before it is dispatched. After dispatch the fee is non-refundable and you keep the replicas. See Home trial terms.

How does a bespoke commission work?

Send us a brief, meet a designer, approve a design, then accept an itemised quote and pay a deposit to begin. See Bespoke terms.
