You can ask for changes to each design version before approving it. If you decide not to go ahead before accepting a quote, you pay nothing.
Quotes
Quotes are itemised and valid for 14 days. Stone prices may change after a quote expires.
Deposit and balance
Accepting a quote means paying a deposit of 50% of the quote to start production; payment links stay open for 7 days. Production takes around 5 weeks from the deposit. The balance is due before dispatch.
Returns
Bespoke pieces are made for you and cannot be returned. The lifetime warranty applies.
