Tell us about the piece
Submitting a brief is free and does not commit you to anything. A designer will reply within two working days.
Nothing is charged until you approve a design and accept a quote. A deposit then starts production; bespoke pieces cannot be returned but carry our lifetime warranty.
How much does bespoke cost?
It depends mostly on the stone and metal. Design and CAD are included in the quote, and there is no fee to submit a brief.
Can I use my own stone or old gold?
Yes. We inspect and test stones before setting. Old gold can be credited against your piece at the day’s rate after assaying.
How long does it take?
Typically 6–8 weeks from first consultation to delivery. Tell us your date and we will confirm if it is achievable.
What if I do not like the design?
You can ask for changes to each version before approving. If you do not go ahead, you pay nothing.
