Questions
Are samples made of real gold or diamonds?
No. They are sterling silver set with cubic zirconia, cast from the same design files as the final ring so the proportions match. Colour and brilliance will differ from gold, platinum and diamond.
Can I return a sample?
Samples are non-refundable once dispatched and do not need to be returned. You can keep them.
Is the sample price deducted from my ring?
No. The sample fee covers making and shipping the replica.
Can I sample earrings or bands?
Not currently. Home trial is available for selected designs only.
Do you deliver samples internationally?
Samples ship within India only at the moment.
